I've spent over two years fine-tuning my perfect task and project manager inside of Notion. This is the result. Preceding this template, Daily Momentum was created. While this template might still work great, it contained 4 databases and was too much to maintain. On Dec. 15, 2022, Notion added the ability to create subtasks and it was after this update Task Flow began evolving into what it is now—a powerful single database-driven project management system.
